1. Order processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.

2. Shipping methods and delivery times

We ship throughout the United States with trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times and costs are:

  • FedEx: 3 to 5 business days – $11.00
  • USPS: 5 to 9 business days – Free
  • UPS: 5 to 9 business days – Free

Tracking is included with every order. Delivery times may vary during periods of high demand, promotions, or due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather or carrier delays).

3. Shipping cost

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the carrier you select. USPS and UPS shipping are free, while FedEx is available for $11.00 for faster delivery.

4. Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code to follow your package in real time. If you have any questions about the status of your shipment, you can contact our customer service team.

5. Incorrect address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct before placing the order. Uruguay Fanatics is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Although we work with reliable carriers, delays may occur due to external factors such as high logistics demand, weather conditions, or holidays and special events. In these cases, we will do our best to help you locate your order.
